My circus birthday
We went to the Jorden World Circus for my 30th birthday. I haven't been to the circus since I was 6 or 7 years old. Alyeska loved it and was entertained the whole time. I loved watching her face as she was in awe. She loved the animals, lights and performers. We were about an hour early so she was able to see the ponies, tigers, elephants and camel up close and personal. It will be fun when Alyeska can ride some of those and really appreciate it, we skipped out on the rides this time. I can still remember riding an elephant and camel when I was little. We all enjoyed every performance. My favorite was the elephants and the dog tricks. The acrobats were awesome but made me nervous because they didn't always have nets or spotters underneath them. It was so worth the money and the trek through the snowy night. Overall it was a memorable birthday!
