It took us four months to go on Alyeska's first official hike. We have gone on walks in nature but not any hikes because we thought she was too much of a bobble head before now. We went to Beus trail because it is nice and shaded and we didn't start off until 11 pm today. She loved it, she was so interested in the sounds and colors of nature, and she probably was also enjoying the movement in the front carrier too. I can't wait for our many adventures ahead. We are going to Yellowstone next month so this was a great little test run to see what she can handle. Now I need a hiking buddy during the day who doesn't mind turning around early because of a fussy baby :)
