There is nothing like southern college football. Football is seriously talked about everywhere you go. LSU starts to tailgate in the morning with screen tvs, tents, grills, and even couches out at the campus. We went tailgating with some people from Liz and Brian's church and saw how much pride Louisiana fan's have for their college football.
Later that afternoon we went to the swamp in Brian's mud boat. We were looking for gators but sadly it was a bit cold for them to be out. I guess 80 degree weather is too cold. We did see the beautiful vegetation and a few owls, ducks and other birds. It was truly a magical experience.
