Trick-or-Treat

I love making memories with my baby girl. I always loved dressing up and now I get to dress her up. I was a little sad I didn't dress up but we weren't going anywhere so I didn't want to put the energy into it.

We just went trick-or-treating on our street. I was excited to do this to meet some of the neighbors we haven't met yet. Alyeska was a little apprehensive on the first two houses but then she understood the concept that -hey we knock and these people give me something that I can put in this bag here... then she loved it. She would take out her candy and give it to daddy (she loves to share).  I don't think she even knew it was candy, however she has little experience with that stuff. She also loved that people kept coming to our door in costumes. We got a lot more trick-or-treaters then at our Washington Terrace house which is surprising because we live on a hill. We got about 40 kids for my future reference. It was the warmest Halloween I remember which is hilarious because we had 7 inches of snow last week. Andy and I could have probably left our jackets at home, of course we left shortly before 6 p.m. She was tuckered out enough to sleep in until 9 am when I decided to wake her up :)
